NARRAGANSETT – A Cape Cod-style house overlooking the coast of Bonnet Shores has sold for $1.95 million.
The listing was active for five days, according to a spokeswoman for RE/MAX Central. Agent Roxanne Beretta was the listing agent.
The house at 298 Col. John Gardner Road includes 2,000 square-feet of interior space. It is on a high bluff in the Bonnet Point neighborhood.
The house features an open floor plan, spacious kitchen and a deck with oceanfront view.
